The Right Choice kit includes
- 1 DVD of The Right Choice video
- 1 teacher brochure
- 1 parent/student questionnaire - 3 up for duplication
- 1 teacher survey form - 3 up for duplication
The Right Choice kit will be supplied to you free of charge providing that the teacher survey is filled out and returned to us every time the video is shown. The only way we can continue to access grant funding is to compile and supply data regarding the drinking and driving issue facing teens.
